He has been going to see Dr Neil Raj since he was a little boy. Neil has always provided great service, making him feel at ease in an environment that can be a little intimidating to kids. The support staff are always friendly and helpful too.
When he broke his two front teeth earlier this year, multiple trips were needed with some extensive work. It was always explained clearly what work needed to be done, both to myself and to my son. When in one sitting, a needle for the pain was offered, Neil gave him the choice of whether he had it or not, which was a blessing considering my son is terrified of needles. All in all a very positive experience over the years.
